Our most recent product is the splitter for the OEM spoiler. Constructed from 3003 alloy aluminum and processed with a high definition CNC plasma torch. The finished piece is then powder coated with a low gloss textured black finish. All metric hardware and components are supplied for an easy installation. The splitter acts as a diaplane for the car. The diaplane displays the characteristics of an aerodynamic point similar to the nose needle of a fighter jet. The nose needle separates the airflow so the jet moves smoothly through the air. This diaplane provides directional stability by producing a downward force on the front of the car. The controlled downward force from the diaplane placement eliminates some of the forward lifting effect associated with high speed driving resulting in approved adhesion to the road surface.
